Returns & Exchange
At House of Luxury UK, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, as our items are preowned, we are unable to offer returns for a full refund. In-store exchanges are available to ensure you find the perfect item.
Eligibility for Exchanges Only:
- Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all packaging and accessories.
- We cannot offer exchanges for items collected or delivered in person; this policy applies only to mail orders.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Items showing signs of wear or damage may be subject to a reasonable deduction based on the required repairs.
- Watches sold as "unworn" must be returned in the same unworn condition to qualify for an exchange.
Exchange Procedure:
- The cost of return postage, packaging, and insurance for the exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Upon receiving the item, we will notify you via email, confirming that we have received and assessed the item and whether an exchange is approved.
In-Store Exchange Availability:
Exchanges are reviewed on an individual basis, and while we aim to offer suitable replacements, availability may vary.
